As you may or not be aware, Liverpool will be running a parenting programme aimed at building communities and links with schools.  This has been developed in the USA and is called FAST.

FAST has not been implemented in the UK on such a wide scale, as is planned in Liverpool in the next year.

In order that agencies are aware of the programme, a development session has been arranged for
