‘Making your experiences count’

22nd October 2009

Parents will be asked their views on which services they can access and which they have difficulty accessing.  We will be doing this with Anne-Marie Carney, Programme Lead for Aiming High. Anne-Marie will be working closely with the Forum to listen and involve parents in shaping and changing services. Parents will also learn how to report their experience of health care whether good or bad. This again should lead to change.
