To extend positively evaluated work with older young people to 9-12 year olds. In targeting the most excluded young people at risk of offending and anti-social behaviour, it offers educational and recreational courses and activities, and individual support. Many of the referred children have been excluded from schools and community/youth facilities, and the project aims to re-integrate them into these services. The work explicitly tackles such issues as offending, non-school attendance and street nuisance.
