SHAP is a vluntary not for profit organisation. SHAP has recently been commissioned to provide two services aimed at teenage parents and funded by the Liverpool Supporting People Programme and offering housing related support services. Elizabeth Anderson House which has 5 units is an accommodation based service. SHAP floating support services for teenage parents which offers 25 units of floating support.
