We offer outreach support visits to mums and families affected by post natal depression. we offer an initial assessment, ongoing enhanced listening support, support to access activities at Children's Centres and other community based resources. We also offer support groups and awareness raising groups from Children's centres and other resources. we have a Play worker who can come out and do home play sessions if this is identified as a need.
