Funded by the Parenting Fund, works with asylum seeking/refugee parents and their families. Through the provision of support, advice and advocacy for parents, the project works in partnership with parents to provide information on services that can help parents address their families' needs and to help them access services where they have faced barriers. The project strives to support parents to meet the wider holistic needs of their family such as education, employment, housing, health, accessing appropriate legal advice etc. Project workers offer time-limited one-to-one work and a variety of parental/family group based activities.
