Direct family support services to vulnerable Children, young people and their families. All work referred to us comes via a Social Work team. Targeted support is provided to families in order to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people, and assist families in working through their problems by the provision of a wide and varied range of support services. Family Support staff work in collaboration with education, health, voluntary and independent sectors to ensure that children, families and young people are offered services that best meet their individual needs.
